The third Glow Economy: Beautypreneurs Take the Lead hosted by Martha Tilaar Group & Friends on Monday, August 25, 2025, received a warm welcome from University of Indonesia students and academics, particularly from the Faculty of Pharmacy. Featuring founders of leading Indonesian cosmetics companies, including Dr. Kilala Tilaar (CEO of Martha Tilaar Group), Ahmad Rashed (Co-Founder of Bhumi), Raisa Andriana and Titania Fairuskha (Founders & Co-Founders of Raine Beauty), Muhammad Hadiyatullah & M. Raafi (Founders of Brighty), Muhammad Emyranza (Founder of Smith), and Priscilla Pangemanan (Founder of SASC), this inspiring talk show, Science Meets Beauty: From Lab to Market in the Glow Economy, provided inspiration from the speakers' success stories in building businesses in the cosmetics industry.

Furthermore, the speakers also shared numerous tips that they hope will inspire and encourage students to take the plunge into entrepreneurship, even while still in college. Some valuable lessons learned from the speakers in building a cosmetics business include having a clear vision and mission, not being afraid to be different and create a unique brand, and never being satisfied with learning the latest trends and innovations in marketing and raw materials.

Hopefully, through this event, Martha Tilaar Group & Friends can inspire the younger generation to dare to start building their own brands from an early age, thus encouraging the birth of entrepreneurs who will advance Indonesia. Greetings from Beautifying Indonesia!
